UPSC NDA 1 Notification

Union Public Service Commission has released a short notification for UPSC NDA 1 2022. This year, it’s 149th Course for Army, Navy and Airforce whereas 111th Course for Indian Naval Academy (NA). According to UPSC NDA 1 Notification, the exam will get conducted on 10th April 2022.

UPSC NDA 1 Application Fees:

  • General/ OBC: Rs. 100/-

UPSC NDA 1 Admit Card:

Union Public Service Commission will release the UPSC NDA 1 Admit Card before 3 weeks for the exam. Candidates will be able to download UPSC NDA 1 Admit Card from the official website upsc.nic.in. To download the UPSC NDA Admit Card, you must have your registration number or roll number along with your date of birth. You can download UPSC NDA 1 Admit Card till the date of the exam.

UPSC NDA 1 Result:

UPSC NDA 1 Result will get declared by Union Public Service Commission. The UPSC NDA 1 Result 2022 will be available in PDF Format. Candidates will find their UPSC NDA 1 Result with roll numbers. After clearing the UPSC NDA 1 Exam, candidates will be called for an SSB interview.

Candidates who are willing to apply for UPSC NDA 2022 Exam, should compete the given below terms:

  1. UPSC NDA Age Limit:

    • NDA 1: Not earlier than July 2, 2003, and not later than July 1, 2006
    • NDA 2: not earlier than January 2, 2003, and not later than January 1, 2007
  2. UPSC NDA Educational Qualification:

    • Candidates can check the prescribed educational qualification from below:
      • NDA Army Wing: Passed Class 12/HSC or equivalent from a recognised board or university.
      • NDA Navy, Air Force, Naval Academy Wing: Passed Class 12/HSC with Physics and Mathematics.
  3. Marital Status:

    • Only Unmarried candidates can apply for NDA.

    For Gorkhas and candidates belonging to hills of North-Eastern areas of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, the minimum height will be 5 cms less than the figure mentioned above. For candidates belonging to Lakshadweep the minimum height standard is reduced by 2 cms.

    Candidates who wish to be pilot need to fulfil the following requirements –

    • Leg Length: The minimum of 99 cm and maximum of 120 cm
    • Thigh Length : Maximum of 64 cm
    • Sitting Height: The minimum of 81.50 cm and maximum is 96 cm

      Visual Standards

    • The distance vision (corrected) of candidates should be 6/6 in the better eye and 6/9 in the worse eye.
    • Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D
    • Hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism
    • Air Force candidates must not wear spectacles
